  • Multiple shaft-seal design ensures shaft has no contact with service medium (dry shaft)
  • Stepped shaft retained by circlip for blow-out proof design
  • Pinless two-piece shaft design (one-piece available on request) isolates shaft from medium
  • Disc edge machined with spherical surface and polished to reduce operating torque
  • Streamlined disc profile minimises pressure drop
  • Valve seat and body positioned with single or double grooves to prevent displacement during operation
  • Valve seat outer surface has circular arc profile for accurate positioning and easy replacement
  • No flange gasket required during valve installation
  • Leakage rate Class A (zero leakage) in both directions per EN 12266-1 / API 598
  • 100% pressure testing before delivery

Description

Concentric rubber-seated butterfly valve designed for throttling and isolation of service fluids including water, TSE/treated waste water, and sea water. Available in wafer, lug, and flanged end connections across a wide size range from DN50 to DN4000 (up to DN1500 tabulated). Conforms to EN 593 and API 609 Category A design standards with bidirectional zero-leakage sealing.
