Description
Trunnion mounted ball valve manufactured from forged steel, designed for high temperature, high pressure and corrosion resistant service. Features a movable metal seat structure with leaf spring preload and anti-static design. Available in a wide range of sizes, pressure classes and material configurations for oil, gas, chemical and power plant applications.
Selection notes
This ball valve is a trunnion mounted and forged steel pattern, supplied for flanged, butt weld, threaded and socket weld installation.
Sizes run DN50 to DN1200, in Class 150, Class 300, Class 600, Class 900.
The body is offered in A105, F304, F304L and F316, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are PTFE, RPTFE, NYLON and PPL. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include oil, gas, natural gas, chemical media and petrochemical media.

Working temperature is -196°C to 540°C.
Built to API 6D, ASME B16.34, BS 5351, ISO 17292 and API 598.
