Description
Two-piece floating ball valve with metal hard seal, designed to API 6D. Available in flanged and butt-weld end connections per ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, and ASME B16.25. Offered in a range of body materials including carbon steel and stainless steel grades, with multiple seat material options.
Selection notes
This ball valve is a floating, 2-pc and metal hard seal pattern, supplied for flanged and butt weld installation.
Sizes run NPS 1" to NPS 60", in Class 150, Class 300, Class 400, Class 600, Class 900.
The body is offered in WCB, LCB, WCC and CF8, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are PTFE, RPTFE, NYLON and Acetal. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Built to API 6D, API 607, API 6FA, ASME B16.34 and ASME B16.5.
