Description
Flanged API lubricated plug valve of inverted pressure-balance construction, available in Class 150 and Class 300 pressure ratings. The valve uses a tapered plug element and is suitable for handwheel or gear operation. Materials are available in carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel to ASTM standards.
Selection notes
This plug valve is a lubricated and inverted pressure balance pattern, supplied for flanged and butt weld installation.
Sizes run NPS 1/2 to NPS 14, in Class 150, Class 300.
The body is offered in A216 WCB, A352 LCB, A217 WCI and A217 WC6, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
