Marine Strainers

Marine strainers protect shipboard pumps, coolers, condensers and pipework from the weed, debris and marine growth drawn in through seawater intakes. Fitted at the sea chest or on cooling and ballast lines, they carry a removable basket that is cleaned without breaking the pipework, and are built in corrosion-resistant bronze, gunmetal or coated cast iron to marine standards.
