Description

Flanged gate valve designed for high-pressure service in sizes NPS 2" to 18", rated to ASME Class 3500. Body and trim materials cover carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel grades; flexible graphite packing is used throughout. Design and testing conform to API 600 and API 598 respectively.

Selection notes

This gate valve is a high pressure pattern, supplied for flanged and butt weld installation.

Sizes run NPS 2" to NPS 18", in Class 1500, Class 2500.

The body is offered in WCB, WC1, WC6 and WC9, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

It is catalogued for Oil & Gas.

Working temperature is 0°C to 0°C.

Built to API 600, ASME B16.10, API 598 and ASME B16.25 (butt-weld end preparation).
