Description

Spring-loaded foot valve (strainer type) designed for installation at the base of suction pipes. Available in flanged end connections conforming to EN 1092-2/B and ASME B16.5, with an integral basket strainer. Rated for PN 10-16 / Class 150 across a size range of DN40 to DN600.

Selection notes

This foot valve is a spring-loaded and with strainer basket pattern, supplied for flanged installation.

Sizes run DN40 to DN600, in PN10, PN16.

The body is offered in GGG25, GGG-40,3, G-SC25 and Bronze, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Seat and trim options are NBR, EPDM, SS and Bronze. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
