Description

A straight type lift check valve with spring-assisted disc, designed to prevent backflow in pipeline systems. Available in a wide range of body and trim materials including cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel, bronze, and stainless steel. Covers size range DN15 to DN600 and pressure ratings PN10 to PN40 with flanged ends to EN 1092-1.

Selection notes

This check valve is a lift, straight type and spring-loaded pattern, supplied for flanged installation.

Sizes run DN15 to DN600, in PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40.

The body is offered in GG 25, GGG 40, GS-C25 and Bronze Rg5, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Seat and trim options are Brass Ms58, Bronze Rg5, SS 420 and SS 304. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
