About couplings
Pipe couplings join plain-ended pipes and can absorb small amounts of angular and axial movement, providing a flexible or rigid connection without welding or threading. Flexible couplings grip the pipe outside diameter through compression gaskets, which suits in-line repairs, extensions and joints between similar or dissimilar pipe materials. They are made in ductile iron and steel with EPDM or NBR seals selected for the medium. Provide the pipe outside diameters, the material and the working pressure for a suitable coupling.
