Operating media
Description
Single and double air release valves (air vent type) with flanged ends to EN 1092-2, available in single-ball and double-ball configurations. Designed for pressure ratings PN 16-25 across size ranges DN50 - DN200 (single) and DN50 - DN250 (double). Body and cover in grey/ductile cast iron with EPDM or Klingerit sealing elements.
Selection notes
This air release valve is a single, double and air vent pattern, supplied for flanged installation.
Sizes run DN50 to DN250, in PN16, PN25.
The body is offered in GG 25 and GGG-40, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are Ms 58, Bronze and SS. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
