- Ball lifts away from seat before rotation, eliminating ball-to-seat friction during opening and closing
- Zero downstream leakage achieved by single static seat design

Description
A rising stem ball valve constructed entirely of metal, designed to operate without friction between the ball and seat during opening and to achieve zero downstream leakage when closed. The valve incorporates a mechanical wedge seal via an inclined stem base and a self-cleaning mechanism whereby fluid flows 360° around the ball sealing surface when the ball is lifted off the seat. It is fire-resistant and rated for extreme temperatures from -196°C to +538°C, with NACE compliance for sulphide stress cracking resistance.
